Rotary Drilling Hose

Drilling hose(rotary hose)made according to API 7K spec, applies for flexible hose connection between the top of oil drilling stand pipe and vertical moved swivel joint in well drilling, well cementing, work-over and down-hole servicing operation. drilling hose is also used to adjust the installation mistake between drilling pipe line and stand pipe to avoid shake, sometimes to transfer high pressure oil and water base mud with the lowest aniline point of 60°C from the swivel pipe in high pressure, and down-hole operation high medium such as water, oil etc, drilling rotary hose can be used for prefect work too.


Inner Tube: principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion resistant,acid and alkali resistant.
Reinforcement: 2-8 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire and rubber as abinder to make the lavers into one complete and sound construction.
Cover: primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-aging.
Working Temperature: It is used to carry slurry, water at environmental temperature of-30°C to +82°C , and other fluids.

Application:
The vibrator hose is applied for oil driling, the drilling mud in the delivery system between the top of riser with the vertical movement of the faucet may be connected to flexible hose and applied to theine between pump and the drilling riser for adjusting misalignment, to facilitate connection andvibration isolation. It is applied for oil fields, cementing, repairing, geological explorations, small drilling machine, andwater conveyance at coal excavations.

lt is also applied to a large number of transport under high pressure from the pump rotary drilling equipment and a minimum point of water-based or oil-based mud 66°C and can anti-corrosive hydrogen sulfide, oilfield down hole conveying water, oil, mud high media.
